The evolution of the range
The BL1 represents one of the most recent evolutions in the AMS range. It is a bilateral compactor designed to operate on both sides of the vehicle, expanding collection possibilities and reducing maneuvering time.
The bilateral configuration allows greater flexibility in urban routes and better management of containers positioned on both sides of the roadway.

A new frontier for street collection
The BL1-W bell washer completes the range for bilateral collection service. Suitable for all street containers with F90 attachment, it provides internal and external washing of the containers.

The lifting device is made by AMS, simple and robust, designed to move the various types of bins on the market in the first and second row, also underground.
The Body
The Body
The body is made of a special steel alloy, in a single, monolithic continuous wire-welded structure. It is designed to optimise the potential of each frame, maximizing its overall loading volume and legal payload. Specific precautions aimed at achieving the highest degree of liquid waste containment allow for the use of this vehicle also for the mechanised collection of organic waste. Thanks to a special program, the BL1 is also suitable for glass collection.

The AMS compaction system uses a drawer moved by three crossed hydraulic cylinders. The high compaction capacity prevents the hopper from clogging, even when handling light and/or bulky material, making the BL1 suitable for SEPARATE collection. The system can also provide compaction during transfers.

The console consists of a B&R touch screen panel located in the cab and a simple joystick. Through this panel equipped with a color display, the user monitors the operational status of the system and the on-board diagnostics.
CCTV System
CCTV System
The centering, pick-up, and ground placement of the containers are performed with utmost simplicity using the aid of 8 color cameras, 2 monitors, and a control joystick. The work area is displayed throughout the entire lifting and ground-placement cycle. The centering is facilitated by a camera located inside the head.
